نحفظ اسمك ورقم موبايلك بعد التحقق من ملكية الرقم بكود واتساب، وحالة الموافقة وكلمة مرور مجزّأة للتحقق من الدخول. كلمة المرور الأصلية لا تظهر للمدير. يُستخدم مزود Twilio لإرسال كود التحقق عند تفعيله، ويعالج رقم الهاتف لغرض التحقق فقط.
نسجّل الدخول الناجح، والمشاريع التي تفتحها، واستخدام الحاسبة، والبحث بالفلاتر والضغط على واتساب، مع الوقت ونوع المتصفح والنظام. يطّلع مدير الموقع على هذا النشاط لإدارة الحسابات وفهم استخدام الخدمة. لا نسجّل كلمات المرور في سجل النشاط أو الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق.
عند تفعيل المساعد الذكي، تُرسل آخر رسائل المحادثة إلى مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي بعد إخفاء بعض الأنماط الشائعة للبريد وأرقام الموبايل المصرية، لكن هذا لا يضمن إخفاء الهوية وقد لا يلتقط كل البيانات الشخصية. لا تكتب أسماء العملاء أو أرقامهم أو أي معلومات سرية. عند استخدام Gemini API المجاني، قد تستخدم Google المدخلات والمخرجات لتحسين الخدمات وقد يراجعها أشخاص؛ استخدم بيانات المشروع المتاحة للفريق فقط. البحث الخارجي اختياري ويعيد روابط للمراجعة. لا يحفظ الموقع نص المحادثة.
تستخدم الخدمة ملفات ارتباط أساسية لتسجيل الدخول والحماية. التسجيل لا يسمح بعرض المشاريع حتى موافقة المدير. طلبات الحذف أو التصحيح والاستفسارات عبر واتساب الإدارة. سجلات النشاط متاحة للتقارير حتى 90 يومًا؛ تمحى السجلات الأقدم عند فتح المدير للتقارير. عند نقل الحساب لسلة المحذوفات يتوقف دخوله، وتظل بيانات الحساب وسجل نشاطه محفوظة ويمكن للمسؤول استعادتهما؛ لا يعني النقل حذفًا نهائيًا. اطلب حذف البيانات نهائيًا من مسؤول الخدمة.
What we store
We store your name, phone after WhatsApp ownership verification, approval state and a password hash. Administrators cannot view your original password. When enabled, Twilio processes the phone number to deliver and verify the one-time code.
We log successful logins, project views, calculator use, applied filters and WhatsApp clicks, with time and browser/device category. Administrators use this to manage accounts and understand service usage. No password or precise geolocation is included in activity logs. Essential cookies protect your session.
When the AI assistant is enabled, recent chat messages are sent to the AI provider after some common Egyptian mobile and email patterns are masked. This does not guarantee anonymization and may miss personal information. Do not enter client names, phone numbers or confidential information. On the free Gemini API tier, Google may use prompts and responses to improve its services and people may review them; use only project information already available to the team. Web search is optional and returns links for review. The website does not store chat text.
New accounts require approval. Contact the administrator on WhatsApp for access, correction or deletion requests. Reports cover up to 90 days; older activity is purged when an administrator opens reports. Moving an account to the deleted accounts bin blocks sign-in but keeps its account and activity records for possible restoration. This is not permanent deletion. Contact the service administrator for a permanent deletion request.
